aww I love family birthdays, my best birthdays I remmeber were the ones where mum woudl make ne a birthday cake, just a spong with icing and hundreds and thousands I thought it was amazing, plus some dancing and pass the parcel, i think the kids parited that some parents give their kids are rediculous. The simpler the better, to me it is all about feelign special for that day, and beign made a fuss of. Looks like both your girls had a fun time xx
i know what you mean dd1 has been invited to lots of over the top parties, the one shes going to next week is a pottery party, but shes never asked for that sort of party shes more then happy with a few friends round for tea. last year for little ladys 2nd birthday i invited two other toddlers round with there mums and the mums couldnt get over i had made the cake (pink rabbit) lol xx
